Mr LIM (Clayton) — I rise to congratulate yet another local manufacturer in Clayton on achieving another milestone. On 26 March I joined the Honourable Simon Crean, the federal member for Hotham and Minister for Trade, at the launch of a new $4.8 million plant extension including the ceremony for the laying of the foundation stone at the Poseidon and Black Swan dip factory in Clayton South.
