Schools ANZAC Service

Rotary Club of Monash Inc. organised Schools ANZAC Service at the Cenotaph Monash Central Reserve corner of Springvale and Waverley Roads, Glen Waverley.

The Anzac spirit or Anzac legend is a concept which suggests that Australian and New Zealand soldiers possess shared characteristics, specifically the qualities those soldiers are believed to have shown on the battlefield in World War I. These qualities cluster around several ideas, including endurance, courage, ingenuity, good humour, and mateship (ANZAC spirit, Wikipedia)

There are 32 Primary and Secondary Schools in the City of Monash present the wreaths at the ceremony. The dignitaries also presenting the wreaths.
